1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HEIC to JPG ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

Verity Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Free Tier

The App provides a limited number of free conversions. After the free conversions have been used, a paid subscription or one-time purchase is required to continue using the conversion features.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Important: Please read the subscription terms carefully before purchasing.

HEIC to JPG offers the following purchase options:

Weekly subscription: $0.99/week with a 3-day free trial
Yearly subscription: $9.99/year
Lifetime purchase: $19.99 one-time (non-consumable, no recurring charges)

5. Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings in the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Actual charges will be displayed in the App before purchase.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Verity Tools does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Verity Tools and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

8. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and images you convert using the App. The App processes your content locally on your device, and Verity Tools never accesses, copies, or claims any rights to your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verity Tools does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Image conversion results may vary depending on the source file format and quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verity Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
