            Summary: HEIC to JPG processes all photos entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your data. Your photos never leave your iPhone or iPad.

HEIC to JPG does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

No photos or images are uploaded to any server
No personal information is collected (name, email, location, etc.)
No usage analytics or tracking is implemented
No cookies or tracking technologies are used
No advertising SDKs or ad networks are included
No third-party analytics services are used

2. Photo Processing

All image conversion (HEIC, PNG, WEBP, GIF, TIFF, BMP to JPG) is performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in image processing frameworks. Your photos are never sent to external servers or cloud services. The app works fully offline — no internet connection is required for any conversion functionality.

3. Photo Library Access

The app requests access to your Photo Library for two purposes only:

Read access: To let you select photos for conversion
Write access: To save converted JPG photos back to your library

These permissions are managed through Apple's standard privacy controls. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy → Photos.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store payment system. Verity Tools does not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. All transaction data is handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage

The app stores only minimal preferences locally on your device:

Your selected quality preset (e.g., Email, Print HQ)
Conversion counter for free tier tracking
Purchase status (Pro unlocked or not)

This data is stored in your device's local storage and is never transmitted anywhere.

6. Children's Privacy

HEIC to JPG does not collect data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The app contains no advertising, no social features, and no user accounts.

7. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data. The only external service involved is Apple's StoreKit for processing purchases, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
