What formats can I convert?

HEIC to JPG supports converting HEIC, PNG, WEBP, GIF, TIFF, and BMP files to high-quality JPG images.

Does the app need an internet connection?

No. All conversions happen entirely on your device. The app works fully offline — no internet connection is required.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

Never. Your photos are processed locally on your iPhone or iPad and never leave your device. We have zero access to your images.

How many photos can I convert for free?

You can convert up to 10 photos for free. After that, you can choose a Weekly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan to unlock unlimited conversions.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select HEIC to JPG → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Why did my photo quality change after conversion?

HEIC to JPG offers quality presets (Email, Print HQ, etc.) that affect output size and quality. Go to Settings in the app and choose "Maximum Quality" or "Print HQ" preset to preserve the highest possible quality.

Can I convert multiple photos at once?

Yes! Pro users can batch convert up to 200+ photos at once. Simply select multiple photos from the photo picker.

The app doesn't see my photos. What should I do?

Go to your iPhone Settings → scroll down to HEIC to JPG → Photos → and select "Full Access". Then restart the app.
