Frequently Asked Questions
What can I use for free?
Heart Rate, Steps, and Sleep reports for the last 7 and 30 days are completely free with no limits. Pro features (Full Health Report, Custom Report Builder, Extended periods up to 1 year, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, CSV Export, Walking Metrics, Mental Health Scores, ECG Summary, Patient Info, Medications Log, and Export History) require a Pro subscription or lifetime purchase.
Is my health data safe?
Yes. All data is processed 100% on your device using Apple's built-in HealthKit and PDFKit frameworks. No health data is ever uploaded to any server. We don't collect any personal data. Our App Store Privacy Label is "Data Not Collected."
Why doesn't the app show any data?
Make sure you've granted HealthKit permission. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Health Report PDF and enable the metrics you want to export. Data must already exist in Apple Health for the selected period. Some metrics (heart rate, SpO2, ECG) require Apple Watch.
Does the app work without an Apple Watch?
Yes. Your iPhone automatically records steps, walking metrics, and other data without a Watch. However, heart rate, SpO2, and ECG data require Apple Watch Series 4 or later.
Can I share the PDF with my doctor?
Yes. After generating a report, tap Share to send via Mail, AirDrop, or save to Files. The PDF is formatted professionally and includes metric reference ranges from WHO, AHA, and ADA sources with a medical disclaimer.
The PDF looks empty — why?
There may be no data recorded for the selected period. Try selecting a longer period (e.g. Last 30 days) or check that Apple Health has data recorded for that metric.
Does the app require an internet connection?
No. All report generation works completely offline. An internet connection is only needed to purchase or restore a subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Health Report PDF → Cancel Subscription. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Pro access will be restored automatically. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Is the health data accurate enough for my doctor?
Apple Watch is not an FDA-cleared medical device (except for ECG/AFib in approved regions). Your doctor will treat the data as consumer wellness information useful for conversation, not as clinical measurements. Each report includes a disclaimer for this reason.
