Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Health Report PDF, developed by Verity Tools (Oleg Sazonov), Switzerland. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Description

Health Report PDF is a utility application for exporting Apple Health data to PDF reports on your iPhone or iPad. All processing is performed entirely on your device. No health data is uploaded to any server.

2. Free Tier

The App provides free access to Heart Rate, Steps, and Sleep reports for periods up to 30 days. Pro features require a subscription or lifetime purchase.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Health Report PDF offers the following plans:

Prices are in US Dollars and may vary by region. Actual prices will be displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial expires.

Free Trial (Weekly Plan)

The Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial with full Pro access. If not cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid Weekly subscription at $1.49/week.

💡 To cancel: Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Health Report PDF → Cancel Subscription.

Lifetime Purchase

The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that permanently unlocks all Pro features. No subscription or recurring charges apply.

4. Not Medical Advice

The App and its reports are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Health metric ranges shown in reports are based on publicly available guidelines from WHO, AHA, and ADA for general reference only.

Apple Watch is not an FDA-cleared medical device (except for ECG and AFib detection in approved regions). Data from Apple Watch and iPhone should be treated as consumer wellness data, not clinical measurements.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Verity Tools and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Health Report PDF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Verity Tools shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, or from reliance on any health data or reports generated by it.

7. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, use of Health Report PDF is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review Apple's EULA at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
