Yes. Verity Cycle is 100% offline. All your data is stored only on your iPhone and never sent anywhere. We have no servers and no access to your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Create Backup. This saves a .veritycycle file that you can store in Files, iCloud Drive, or any location you choose. To restore, tap "Restore from Backup" and select your file.

All data stored in the app will be permanently deleted. We recommend creating a backup before deleting the app. Since data is stored only on your device, we cannot recover it.

Verity Cycle calculates estimates based on your logged cycle history. The more cycles you log, the more accurate the estimates become. The app shows a confidence indicator based on the number of recorded cycles. Please note: Verity Cycle is a personal tracking utility, not a medical device. Estimates should not be used for medical decisions or contraception.

If the app detects significant variation in your cycle lengths, it displays an informational banner suggesting you may want to discuss this with your healthcare provider. This is purely informational — the app does not diagnose any conditions.

Go to Settings → Export PDF Report. The report includes your cycle summary and logged symptoms formatted for sharing with your healthcare provider. PDF export is a Pro feature.

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Verity Cycle → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Verity Cycle can optionally write your cycle data to Apple Health. This feature is off by default and can be enabled in Settings. The app only writes data — it does not read from Apple Health.

Verity Cycle requires iOS 17.0 or later.
